Dear Valued Customer,
First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We could have drafted up some cookie-cutter price increase notice. We want to be transparent with you. We are a local company. There is no corporate office in Guam, no Wall Street investors. We all live and work right beside you, so we’ll be candid.
We’re living in unprecedented times. “Everything has gone up.” We all hear it all the time, but it is the truth. If we only focus on diesel fuel (aside from insurance, labor, parts, disposal, etc.) at $6.00/gallon, our trucks, averaging 4 miles to the gallon, and each truck driving hundreds of miles each day, one can imagine how quickly that adds up. Yet fuel is only a small piece.
We should also address labor. We have worked extremely hard to pull together a team of only the highest quality employees, including those showing up every week to service your home. Labor costs are a big part of this; however, we find these increased costs necessary to pride ourselves in having a top-notch team who meet and exceed our service standards.
Rest assured, there is no greed in this, only necessity. We are truly focused on quality service. This rate increase is only to allow us to continue doing what we love, nothing more.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, for your understanding, and your loyalty as a customer.
Sincerely,
J Brady - Managing Member of the Twin Bridges Team
